Customize the caller ID for incoming and outgoing calls.
You can see the caller's number, name, and the number that the caller dialled. This is especially useful if you have set-up call routing and are receiving calls intended for multiple business phone numbers, because you'll have an idea of which department the caller is calling and how to greet the caller.
With eFone's Caller ID and Call Forwarding features, you can use one phone for both personal and business use, while keeping calls completely separate. And with Time-Based Routing, you can make sure to end your workday on time by choosing exactly where to route calls at the end of the day.
Prioritize. You can see which number a caller is calling, and who they are, allowing you to prioritize and greet the call accordingly.
Increase call backs. When reaching potential clients and customers, they are more likely to call back if they see the call was from a local number. This is useful if you are making calls to potential clients or even just trying to reach existing customers for whatever reason.
eFone offers a range of call management features for one fixed price.
You can easily get a new phone number or port your existing one.
Dynamic Caller ID shows you three things for incoming calls: (1) the phone number of the caller, (2) the name of the person calling, if you have them saved in your contact, and (3) which phone number they have dialled. On outgoing calls, Dynamic Caller ID lets you choose which number you want to use to make the call.
You can see the caller's number and, if you have them saved as a contact, their name.
People will only see your eFone number if you are calling using the eFone app, whether that's via WiFi or data. If you have more than one number on your account, you can choose which one you want to make different outgoing calls.
