Can I get a number for any region?

Yes, eFone can provide you with a number for any area code in the US and Canada. You can check if the number you want is available here, and if it isn't, you can give us a call to see if we can get it for you.

Can I use local numbers in any area even if my business is somewhere else?

Yes! We offer local numbers for this very reason - to help you stay local for your customers, which means we offer local numbers for you to use for any reason.

How many phone numbers can I use?

You can use however many numbers you want. They will all be available for you to use when you're using the app, and you can choose which one to display on outgoing calls.

What phone number will people see when I call them?

If you make the call with the eFone app, the callee will only see your eFone number. If you use multiple numbers, you can choose which one to display via Settings.

Can I transfer the number I already use?

Yes. You can do it here by going on "Transfer Your Number". Alternatively, we will ask you whether you want to transfer your number when you sign up. Just fill out the information we ask for, and we will aim to complete the transfer as quickly as possible, and reach out to you when doing so.
