Make and receive unlimited calls and texts to and from the US and Canada, using Wi-Fi or data. The call screen will show you how strong your signal is.
Group call. You can add up to 5 people in one call. You can mute members, talk to them privately and remove them from the call if you started the call.
View your call history, including received, missed, and dialed calls, and their duration. You can see live call logs on the iOS app, which many of our competitors don't offer.
Listen to voicemails. You will have all your voicemails available to view in your voicemail box, where they will stay for 60 days. If you want to keep them for longer, you can use the voicemail-to-email feature.
Add messages to 'reminders'. If you are sent a task or need to remind yourself to do something sent to you in a message, you can add the message to your Reminder List. The message will remain there for you to look at until you complete the task, after which you can remove it.
Schedule text messages. You might wait to ask a colleague or client something a little late in the day or want to remind them of a meeting or call. You can schedule messages to be sent on a specific day and time.
Messaging features. You can make broadcast lists, group chats, and pin important messages.
Add contacts to your favorites list. You can star your important contacts and add them to your favorites list. You can then phone or text them by accessing this list instead of going through your contacts list.
Prevent unauthorized access. Lock the app with a passcode or fingerprint, and view all devices currently using your number. You can also enable two-factor authentication to prevent any unauthorized logins.
Lock the call screen. To prevent you from accidentally ending the call or putting it on mute while moving around, you can lock the call screen.
Contact support at any time by calling or raising a ticket. Someone from our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
View your usage at any time, including minutes, SMS, and your current balance. You can see how many minutes you have used in your plan.
Sync your contacts automatically when you log in to the app, and make calls to any contact using eFone. Your eFone number will be displayed on outgoing calls when using eFone.
Change caller ID settings. You can use our dynamic caller ID feature to add prefixes or area codes to incoming calls. You can even set it to add a prefix to incoming calls to your landline so that you know which number the call is meant for.
